TAE40116 Certificate IV Training & Assessment

The Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) is the current version of the qualification prescribed by the Department of Education and Training as the minimum requirement to train and/or assess accredited Vocational Education & Training in Australia. Along with relevant vocational qualifications or competence, this qualification enables individuals to train and/or assess VET subjects in (Secondary) Schools, TAFE institutes and Private Registered Training Organisations (RTO) nationwide.

The TAE Training Academy specialises in TAE delivery and assessment and was one of the first providers approved to deliver this qualification in Australia.

Someone currently employed in a role that includes workplace training responsibilities

Online / eLearning

For those in remote or regional locations, or those who simply cannot attend face to face training.

This course option allows self-driven participants to work through the learning and assessment activities in a self-paced way.

If you possess a high degree of self-direction and self-sufficiency, this learning option is ideal for you.

In addition, you will be assigned a trainer to gladly aid in clarification of assessment tasks as required.

In this model, we use all in-class time to impart learnings and ensure all assessment tasks are first clarified and understood.

This includes planning to ensure application of learning and completion of tasks on-the-job.
