I’ve found TAE Academy’s program excellent value for money, particularly offering the extra support day on Friday. (Trainer) is an asset to the business; I don’t how she keeps up her enthusiasm. Not only delivering the course, she’s continuously answering the same questions and being genuine with wanting to help. (Trainer) and (Trainer) were also very helpful and genuine.

(Trainer) has been a great mentor and trainer during my course.  As a mature adult in the workplace, over the last few years I have found online courses tricky and frustrating. However, this was the first time I felt at ease and felt there was somebody there for me when I needed it.

The whole customer experience I’ve had with your company has been professional and very efficient - from the very start at enrolment to receiving my certificate on the online portal.

(Trainer) was organised and clear in explaining the requirements that we needed to meet for our assessments. We were then sent on our way with our assessments to complete and an offer of continuous support. We could contact (Trainer) at any time and it was great to get reminders on expected deadlines. Also, the online portal was so easy to use, especially as (Trainer) had explained it to us. Being able to save or skip questions allowed me to complete what I could in the time I had and was a big-time saver. (Trainer) was responsive to my queries and my assessments were marked very efficiently; I couldn’t believe the turnaround.

Once again, I’d just like to say. I’ve really appreciated the journey with your business. Please pass onto the owners, they obviously have a good model as the people I’ve met and dealt with, have been extraordinarily helpful. Good conditions and systems, generally equates to having good people in the business.

 I can imagine the stress of everyone in lead up to the cut-off date, <Some quite personal information deleted> and run my own training company. My fault, I left it to the last month, I was not looking forward to it all. I knew the stress; my already full capacity of workload was not going to cope. <more personal info deleted>.

 That being said, (trainer) seemed to dig her heals in, buckled down and just went for it, she was fantastic. Without her support, I reckon my mind would have caved further, knowing she was in my corner made me feel more at ease. And I certainly did not want to add to her stress by asking more of her. It was left up to the gods!

 She was a bloody champion, and today I’ve finally completed the upgrade. So, thank you.

TAE Training Academy has fulfilled our upgrade needs for TAEASS502 and TAELLN401, after much searching for a Provider who could help with our Trainers who are scattered all over Qld.

After our first contact, they came back very quickly to set up a meeting with us

They didn’t just want to communicate by email but came in person to make sure our needs were all covered. They arranged Face- to- Face Trainers in the areas where the training was needed.

TAE and their Trainers were very flexible to our requirements and adapted the course to our needs, but always within all guidelines.

The availability of the Trainers and their support staff has been excellent, if a question needed answering, or to assist where guidance was needed, there is always a quick response.

If TAE Training Academy does not hear from one of their students an email is sent to check how everything is going and (do, they need any support.)
